These recordings are a collection of classical works ranging from Baroque to Modern and everything in between, performed in his senior undergrad recital and two master's recitals.
As a teacher, Philip believes it is essential to continue to be proactive as a performer. It not only enables one to continue in his own learning and establish themselves as an artist, but gives one a similar understanding of performance as his students. When a student has a teacher who is also a performer, they not only can learn from his/her playing but are also more apt to put trust in his teaching because of the example he/she provides.
Philip has several performance opportunities in the works and is excited to establish his own unique artistic voice, merging his own composition with classical repertoire and characteristics.
